Education Process

What I Offer

The Aesthetic Rehabilitation Method, which I teach as part of the Marie Margo Academy, is a combination of my mentors’ methods with my own practice and conclusions drawn from many years of work on perfecting techniques. Its aim is the true reconstruction of our body’s tissues, combining health and aesthetic benefits. I consider it one of the most effective methods on the global market.

Who Should Attend

I invite individuals actively practicing in cosmetology, massage, rehabilitation and physiotherapy, SPA and wellness, as well as already practicing facial therapists, to my training courses. For those with no experience in tactile work, I recommend first completing other training courses in cosmetic facial or body massages, starting practice in a salon, and then undertaking studies at the Marie Margo Academy.

What Makes My Training Unique

The curriculum of my training courses is designed to guarantee students the highest level of knowledge and the development of quality therapeutic techniques.
The training covers a wide range of theoretical knowledge about human anatomy, the learning of proper rehabilitation techniques, and work on perfecting specific manual skills. The learning process is aimed not only at understanding what needs to be done, but also how to do it quickly and effectively.

The sequence of learning stages allows for deepening knowledge and developing skills step by step. Simultaneously, after completing each stage of training, one can work within that program, having a ready-made exemplary treatment. The techniques are designed to provide very fast and lasting effects in correcting tensions and structures of the body and face.

The comprehensive full-body work program ensures an optimal balance between the number and effectiveness of techniques. We focus on those that are indispensable if we want to work on all key areas influencing the appearance
of the face.

Manual techniques are anatomical, precisely structured, and focused on solving specific problems and achieving planned results.

The open work system is distinguished by the fact that the techniques I teach can be combined with other methods known on the market. The arrangement of techniques is versatile and allows for their combination with techniques from various methods, provided that the zonal and layered sequence is maintained.

How the Training Proceeds

First, the Fundamentals

First, it is necessary to thoroughly understand the mechanisms of natural, physiological tissue aging processes and to comprehend the influence of both external
and internal factors on the pace and extent of these processes. Understanding their causes and dynamics allows for conscious learning of rehabilitation techniques for the changes that have occurred. When we know the cause, we can choose an effective therapy.

Second, Learning Rehabilitation Techniques

After the theoretical part, I demonstrate and comprehensively explain step-by-step the execution of all techniques covered in the training. Individual work begins with each participant, focusing on indicating specific movements and continuously correcting hand placement.

Third, Perfecting Manual Skills

The final stage involves working to achieve the desired level of movement execution for the technique to be effective. The learning process initiated during the training should be continued in practice. Post-training materials
provided to each participant offer substantive support.

Specialization Levels

The Aesthetic Rehabilitation Method for Face and Body comprises several levels. The training courses within this method have been designed to allow for a gradual introduction to increasingly advanced techniques. Therefore, a specific sequence, presented below, is required.

Marie Margo Sculpting Face Lift – this is a non-surgical deep lifting technique for the face, neck, and décolletage. The training is primarily aimed at individuals already practicing but just beginning deep manual therapies in the facial area (cosmetic service techniques, SPA specialists). Techniques from this training can also enrich the work of an advanced specialist. The training program includes effective myofascial, anti-adhesion, lifting, and draining techniques that quickly yield desired aesthetic results. The level of advancement is appropriately chosen to introduce the specialist to the world of deep tissue techniques. The program does not include transbuccal massage.

Marie Margo® Aesthetic Face Rehabilitation, Level 1 – this is a method for deep, fundamental reconstruction of the structure, position, and proportions of tissues in the face, neck, and décolletage. AFR can be used both preventively and as a corrective therapy for degenerated tissues. The work involves multiple zones and structures, and is detailed, anatomical, deep, and multi-vector in nature. Individuals with at least one year of practice in the “Marie Margo Sculpting Face Lift” method or specialists with a wide range of manual techniques who practice other methods known on the market may qualify for this training.

Marie Margo® Aesthetic Face Rehabilitation, Level 2 is intended for individuals who have completed the first-level training and wish to further deepen their knowledge of AFR. This training includes learning even more advanced techniques for working on the structures of the neck, ears, head, and face, with a deep therapeutic and
corrective effect, aimed at further supporting health and aesthetic results.

Sculpting Face Lift (optional), Aesthetic Face Rehabilitation Level 1 and 2, is the recommended sequence of training courses for techniques involving the face, neck, and décolletage.

Within the Academy, I also offer training courses that can be taken independently of the above specialization stages. A prerequisite for enrolling in the following training courses is experience and active practice in manual facial and body therapies.

Marie Margo Aesthetic Body Rehabilitation – training aimed at practicing manual facial and body therapists who want to work with the entire body comprehensively, combining body therapy with facial therapy. This approach allows for the creation of the most complete, holistic therapeutic programs that address the specific individual needs of the patient. Feet, legs, abdomen, diaphragm, breasts, back, soft tissues – these are just some elements of the Aesthetic Body Rehabilitation program.

Marie Margo Aesthetic Osteopathy – training aimed at advanced practicing manual facial and body therapists, which
includes osteopathic techniques for corrective work with the body and the bones of the neurocranium and viscerocranium. Osteopathic techniques are indispensable in aesthetic work on facial asymmetries and in processes of skull bone resorption, as well as for patients with an overstimulated nervous system. They allow for even better corrective and rejuvenating effects.

Advantages

Small Groups

Training sessions are held in intimate groups of up to 10 people and usually last 3-4 full days. This allows me to dedicate sufficient time to each person, clarify any doubts, answer questions, and most importantly, teach the precise hand placement required for executing the techniques.

Written Materials and Video Recordings

Training materials in the form of a script, videos with extensive theory, and a demonstration and detailed explanation of techniques are available without time limit. Video materials with theory are provided after course payment, before the in-person training, while video materials with technique demonstrations are provided after the training.

Mentoring

After completing the training courses, I also offer mentoring, which includes support in challenging situations.

If you are an ambitious person, eager to learn and work, with aspirations to raise your level of knowledge and planning a career development in the field of manual facial therapy, then you are in the right place.

There will be a lot of work and a lot of satisfaction. I cordially invite you.
