First Level of Specialization
Sculpting Face Lift
The MM Sculpting Face Lift is a non-surgical deep lifting technique for the face, neck, and décolletage. SFL training is the first level of specialization in techniques for Aesthetic Face Rehabilitation ®, serving as the initial stage of learning at the Marie Margo Academy.
It is intended for beginner therapists, as well as practicing masseurs, rehabilitators, and specialists who are starting to work with the face. Please contact us to make a decision and receive consultation regarding training selection.
Training program
Theory:
Each MM Academy training participant receives online access to extensive theory videos before the first training session. Three extended modules cover the following topics:
- the aging process and related pathologies,
- rehabilitation mechanisms, and comprehensive therapeutic interventions,
- in-depth anatomical issues in the context of facial therapy,
- a detailed analysis of the mechanisms of age-related deformities.
Practical:
- comprehensive modeling and lifting techniques for the décolleté, neck, face, and skull,
- comprehensive myofascial techniques with anti-adhesion and separation effects,
- a sliding facial drainage lifting method,
- supporting methods such as aesthetic pinopressure,
- learning how to combine acquired manual techniques with supportive methods.

Second Level of Specialization
AFR Level 1
AFR Level 1 is a method of deep fundamental reconstruction of the structure, position, and proportions of facial, neck, and décolletage tissues. AFR can be used both preventively and as a corrective therapy for degenerated tissues. This is the flagship treatment program at Studio Marie Margo. The work involves multiple zones and structures, and is detailed, anatomical, deep, and advanced. This training is intended for practicing facial therapists.

Theory:
Each MM Academy training participant receives online access to extensive theory videos before the first training session. Three extended modules cover the following topics:
- the aging process and related pathologies,
- rehabilitation mechanisms, and comprehensive therapeutic interventions,
- in-depth anatomical issues in the context of facial therapy,
- a detailed consideration of the mechanisms behind age-related deformities.
Practical:
- myofascial techniques performed in layers and anatomically in areas such as the chest, upper aperture, the entire neck, nape, ears, skull, and hyoid apparatus,
- myofascial techniques for the oral cavity, working on the masticatory muscles, their attachments, and the muscles of the cheeks and lips,
- myofascial techniques for the external face,
- deep facelift after periosteum

AFR Level 2
AFR Level 2 includes learning techniques for even more advanced work on the structures of the body, neck, ears, head, and face, with deep healing and corrective effects aimed at further supporting health and aesthetic outcomes. This is the next stage of learning after AFR Level 1.

- the aging process and related pathologies,
- rehabilitation mechanisms, and comprehensive therapeutic interventions,
- in-depth anatomical issues in the context of facial therapy,
- a detailed consideration of the mechanisms of age-related deformities.
Practice:
- additional advanced techniques for the visceral craniofacial region:
- additional techniques for the cervical spine,
- an expanded transbuccal therapy program,
- an expanded nasal therapy program,
- an expanded ear therapy program.

Aesthetic Osteopathy
Independent training for practicing facial therapists. A valuable program for comprehensive work with the entire body, neck, and cranial and facial bones. A key method of work if we want to address problems such as skull bone resorption, facial asymmetries, and deep chronic tensions in the body more deeply.

Theory:
Each MM Academy training participant receives online access to extensive theory videos before the first training session. Three extended modules cover the following topics:
- the aging process, pathologies associated with this process,
- rehabilitation mechanisms, and comprehensive therapeutic interventions,
- in-depth anatomical issues in the context of facial therapy,
- a detailed consideration of the mechanisms of age-related deformities.
Practical:
- Module one – body and neck work: corrections of the feet, pelvis, abdominal cavity, diaphragm, and chest, osteopathic techniques for the neck area,
- Module two – work with the cranial bones: correction of the position of all cranial bones, correction of tension in the skull base and bony sutures, and work on the meninges,
- Module three – work with the facial bones: correction of the position, symmetry, and volume of the facial skeleton, harmonization of facial features, and work with asymmetry.

Aesthetic Body Rehabilitation
Aesthetic Body Rehabilitation is a program designed for specialists who wish to work comprehensively with the entire body, combining body therapy with facial therapy, to create the most effective holistic individual therapeutic programs. Work on posture improvement, visceral therapy, foot therapy, softening, and anti-adhesion techniques are just some elements of the program.

Theory:
Each MM Academy training participant receives online access to theory videos before the first training session. Three extended modules cover the following topics:
- the aging process and related pathologies,
- rehabilitation mechanisms, and comprehensive therapeutic interventions,
- in-depth anatomical issues in the context of facial therapy,
- a detailed analysis of the mechanisms of age-related deformities.
Practical:
- comprehensive posture work: foam roller techniques,
- detailed full-body work: dowager’s hump, back, leg myofascial release, anti-adhesion and separation techniques applied to soft tissue,
- foot correction,
- visceral techniques,
- global lymphatic drainage.

Training -
Vacuum Therapy
Vacuum Therapy training using the vacuum device technique for face and body is a method authored by Evgenia Mironova. The treatment has a strong reconstructive effect on soft tissue structures, improves microcirculation in tissues (capillarotherapy effect), and consequently lifts and rejuvenates. We offer unique training conducted in its original form by the method’s author and translated live into Polish by a specialist in this field. The training price includes written materials and video recordings.
We invite all interested individuals who have completed at least one of the Academy’s training courses, at least the MM Sculpting Face Lift, to this training, as a prerequisite for incorporating Vacuum treatments for the face, neck, and décolletage for a client is the prior completion of 3-5 manual myofascial treatments.
We offer two training variants:

Vacuum Therapy for the face, neck, and décolletage area, recommended as a supplementary method for manual massages in these areas
- Vacuum Therapy for the entire body area, recommended for specialists planning to include this type of treatment in their offer

Mentoring
