Purchase Terms and Conditions

1. The MARIE MARGO online store conducts sales via the Internet. Orders are accepted exclusively through the website www.mariemargo.pl.

2. All products/services offered in the MARIE MARGO store are factory new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.

3. All photographic and audiovisual materials posted on the store website are made available with the consent of the copyright holders of these materials.

4. All prices listed on the MARIE MARGO website are gross prices (including VAT). The price binding for the parties to the transaction is the price displayed in the shopping cart at the time the Customer places the order.

5. Upon the customer’s request, we issue a VAT invoice.

6. Digital products are delivered via email or are available for download or viewing on the MARIE MARGO store website.

7. The following payment methods are available:

  • Bank transfer – after reserving the ordered product/service in our online store, an email is sent with the bank account number.
  • Instant online payments – payment posting within a few minutes. The entity providing online payment services electronically is paynow.
  • The entity providing online payment services for card payments is Blue Media S.A.

In the event that a refund is necessary for a transaction made by the customer using a payment card, the seller will refund to the bank account associated with the Customer’s payment card.

8. Access to digital content is granted immediately after payment is posted.

9. Products and services may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Its duration is specified in the description of the specific product. Detailed warranty terms are defined in the agreement issued by the guarantor.

10. The Store is liable for 2 years from the date of purchase in the event of non-conformity of goods with the contract in accordance with Article 10 of the Act on Special Conditions of Consumer Sales of July 27, 2002. The Customer loses the rights specified in the aforementioned act if, before the expiry of two months from discovering the non-conformity of goods with the contract, they do not notify the store of this fact.

11. In the event of non-conformity of goods with the contract, the claimed goods together with a letter specifying the non-conformities and expectations regarding the method of fulfilling our obligations should be returned to the correspondence address provided on the store website, specifying the method of fulfilling the store’s obligations. The Customer has the right to demand that it be brought into conformity with the contract through free repair or replacement, unless repair or replacement is impossible or requires excessive costs. If the store is unable to fulfill the specified demands, the Customer has the right to demand a proportionate price reduction or may withdraw from the contract.

12. The Store will respond to the Customer’s demands within 14 business days from the moment the non-conformity of goods is reported.

13. If the non-conformity of goods is reported within 10 days from the time of purchase, the Customer has the right to demand replacement of the product with a new one in an expedited procedure. The expedited procedure applies only to a specific group of products. If the non-conformity is acknowledged and the claimed goods are available, the new goods will be sent within a few business days from the delivery of the non-conforming goods to the store. If this is not possible, the store will offer the buyer a refund equivalent to the product price or offer another product available in the store with similar parameters.

14. In each of the above cases, when fulfilling the Customer’s demands involves delivery of new or repaired goods, the delivery costs to the customer are borne by the store.

15. In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22, item 271), Article 7, within 14 days from the delivery of the ordered goods, the consumer has the right to return them without giving a reason as part of withdrawal from the contract, according to the general rules resulting from the provisions concerning distance contracts. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered not concluded, and the consumer is released from all obligations. If the customer chooses the payment method by bank transfer or payment card, the order fulfillment time is counted from the day the Seller’s bank account or settlement account is credited. The consumer has the right to waive the aforementioned right and consent to immediate performance of the service.

16. Always check whether the packaging has been damaged in transit before collecting the shipment from the post office. In particular, attention should be paid to the condition of tapes or seals affixed to the shipment. If the shipment packaging shows signs of damage or if the seals (tapes) are broken, the shipment should not be accepted and a damage report should be prepared in the presence of the courier, and the seller should be contacted as soon as possible to clarify the matter.

17. Sharing the login and password to the store with third parties is prohibited. In the event of suspected login by unauthorized persons, the store reserves the right to block such an account pending clarification.

18. The owner of the online store makes every effort to ensure that the descriptions and technical data of products/services placed in the store are accurate.

19. By placing an order, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data solely for the purpose of order fulfillment. The Customer may also give separate consent to receive advertising and promotional materials from the Store, including commercial newsletters. The Customer has the right to access their data and correct it, as well as to request its complete deletion. 20. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchases in the MARIE MARGO store and constitute an integral part of the purchase agreement.
