I. The Organizer of the training courses is:

II. Training Courses

1. Organizational information regarding a specific course is available on the Organizer’s website.


III. Application for Participation/Booking a Place

1. Application for participation in a training course is made by completing the online application form located on the Organizer’s subpages or by contacting info@mariemargo.pl via email.

2. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; the Organizer sets the training date for each applicant.

3. Submitting the application form does not constitute a preliminary reservation of a place on the course. After the application is accepted, information regarding the application date, qualification for the course, and payment details will be sent to the applicant’s email address.

4. Final confirmation of the application occurs after the participant has paid the full or partial amount by the deadline indicated on the invoice issued by the Organizer.

5. Failure to make payment by the aforementioned deadline will result in the cancellation of the application.

6. The remaining part of the fee (after only a partial payment has been made) must be paid no later than the first day of the training course.

7. The number of places for training courses is limited; participation is determined by the order of applications confirmed by payment.


IV. Withdrawal from Training Participation

1. Withdrawal from training participation must be reported electronically to
info@mariemargo.pl.

2. In case of withdrawal more than 14 days before the training, the participant incurs no consequences.

3. In case of withdrawal less than 14 days before the training, the participant forfeits the payment of PLN 2,500.

5. The applicant may designate another participant for the training without financial consequences, after prior agreement with the Organizer.


V. Organizational Changes to the Training

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the location of the course within the same town. Registered participants will be immediately informed of such a change via email and/or phone.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the training date or to cancel the training in case of an insufficient number of applications. The Organizer retains this option up to 30 days before the training.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the form of training, change the date, or cancel it in the event of an epidemiological threat.

3. Information regarding the cancellation of the training is sent to registered participants at the email address provided in the application and/or by phone. The Organizer will inform the Applicant about the new training date, and in case of withdrawal from participation on the new date, the fee paid will be refunded to the Applicant.


VI. Rights and Obligations of the Course Participant

1. The course participant has the right to:

§ participate in the course according to the established plan and under the rules specified in the regulations,

§ consult with instructors on issues discussed during the course,

§ withdraw from continuing the course without stating a reason, provided the course fee has been settled.

2. The course participant is obliged to:

§ attend classes punctually,

§ respect the rights and customs prevailing during the course,

§ respect the Organizer’s property,

§ respect the copyrights of authors of books, textbooks, scripts, and other educational materials provided by the Organizer,

§ comply with health and safety regulations and current epidemiological restrictions,

§ undergo a SARS-COV-2 test if symptoms occur.

3. Further provisions

§ the course participant performs all practical activities at their own risk,

§ the participant may not pass the course (not admitted to the exam, no certificate of participation, removal from the course list) if they are absent from mandatory classes and if it is not possible to make up for the knowledge resulting from this absence.

§ attendance at all classes is mandatory (100% attendance at classes is one of the elements allowing admission to final exams).

4. Removal from the list of course participants occurs in the event of:

§ withdrawal from course participation,

§ failure to pay due course fees,

§ violation of social norms,

§ disruption of the training process,

§ gross violation of the Regulations.

The decision to remove a Participant from the course list is made by the Organizer after consultation with the instructors conducting the classes.


VII. Course Price/Invoice

1. The training price includes: the cost of the training, a complete set of materials for the given course, a certificate of completion/participation in the course, coffee breaks, and lunch.

2. The price does not include: accommodation, travel, or parking costs, unless otherwise stated in the training description.

3. The Customer will receive an invoice/bill for the course from the Organizer within two weeks of its completion, sent electronically to the email address provided during registration.


VIII. Training Evaluation

1. To ensure the highest quality of training services, participants will be asked to complete evaluation questionnaires assessing the organization, training methodology, and trainers.


IX. Certificates/Statements

1. Participation in the training will be confirmed by an appropriate Certificate/Statement for the given course.

2. The condition for receiving a Certificate/Statement (in addition to passing the final exams) is attendance at all classes scheduled in the course timetable.


X. Personal Data Protection

1. Submitting an application for participation in the training is equivalent to the Applicant’s consent to the placement of their personal data in the Organizer’s database, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

2. The Applicant agrees to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for communication, scientific, educational, statistical, and reporting purposes. Under the terms provided by the aforementioned Act, the Applicant has the right to access their data, correct it, request cessation of its processing, and its complete deletion. Details regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy on the Organizer’s website.


XI. Complaints

1. The Customer may submit complaints regarding training courses in writing or electronically to the Organizer’s address within 30 days from the date of completion of the training.

2. The Organizer will consider the complaint within 14 days of receipt.


XII. Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
