Here, I present a deep self-massage course for the face, neck, and décolletage, which I have prepared based on my proprietary ERT in-office treatments. In this course, I demonstrate the aforementioned techniques step-by-step, adapted for self-application at home. In addition to the practical part, I also impart a significant amount of theoretical knowledge.
This massage differs significantly from others available on the market and is exceptionally effective both in preventing and addressing existing age-related changes.
