Online courses available for purchase on our website and workshops conducted in person at Studio MM in Warsaw are designed for clients who wish to maintain the effects of professional treatments, learn to perform self-massage independently, and incorporate it into their daily home skincare routine.
While they certainly cannot replace professional treatments, they will allow those who do not have access to professional services to care for the health and youthfulness of their face in a comprehensive and high-quality manner.
The massage techniques presented in the courses have a strong corrective and rejuvenating effect. They increase elasticity, repair tissue structure and position, rebuild collagen, and improve circulation. All these health benefits contribute to excellent aesthetic results, such as noticeable lifting, reduction of wrinkles and lines, and improvement of facial contours.
We also organize in-person workshops conducted in small groups in an intimate atmosphere. This is our next offering for those interested in intriguing techniques that complement professional treatments or online courses. Deep manual self-massage, Gua-Sha plate massage, aesthetic kinesiotaping, and popular vacuum cupping techniques can enhance treatment results and, when applied systematically, improve the appearance and health of tissues.
In-Person Workshops
In-Person Workshops are our next exciting offering designed for those interested in learning complementary techniques for independent use.
We organize them at our Studio in Warsaw once per quarter. Individual workshops on a given technique last 4 hours, but we also organize 8-hour marathons in which we combine the teaching of two different techniques. The advantages of our offering include small groups—up to a maximum of 10 people, comprehensive training materials, tools for on-site practice, and a coffee break. We provide interested participants with the opportunity to purchase tools for personal use.
