What does the
rejuvenation process
involve?

The passage of time, sun exposure, gravity, and insufficient water intake all have a negative impact on our skin – this is common knowledge. However, we often overlook the fact that our daily facial expressions and the work of our facial muscles also contribute to wrinkle formation.

With age, our skin becomes increasingly lax, and the tissues connected to it begin to shift. Additionally, they lose their regenerative capabilities, elasticity, and tension. Tissues contract, leading to numerous deformities such as wrinkles, furrows, rolls, and indentations. The rate of regeneration decreases with age, and the renewal cycle is not complete.

However, the aging process can be slowed down and even partially reversed. How? Primarily through systematic stimulation of physiological regenerative processes. Only a comprehensive approach, prioritizing health, will yield a long-lasting, desired aesthetic effect. Rejuvenation through healing is also our priority.

Signature Treatments

Aesthetic Rehabilitation of the Face, Neck, and Décolletage (ERT), along with its abbreviated versions FaceLift (FL) and ERT Fast, is our proprietary, unique treatment, protected by trademark. This method is one of the contemporary manual therapy techniques for the face and body. It involves specific, manual manipulation of all tissue layers, from the skin to the periosteum, and includes periarticular and periosteal tissues, cartilage, as well as superficial and deep fascia. It also forms the basis for all supporting techniques offered at Studio MM.

Treatments performed using this method have a profound therapeutic, corrective, and rejuvenating effect. They help tissues rebuild their proper structure and become more elastic.

The main goal of the treatment is to stimulate tissue renewal at the cellular level. This ensures better oxygenation, hydration, and adequate nutrient supply. The rejuvenating effect results from stimulating tissue regeneration, which leads to a real, visible aesthetic improvement in appearance.

Additionally, we recommend alternating signature treatments with Aesthetic Osteopathy, Aesthetic Body Rehabilitation, and supporting treatments such as Vacuum Therapy, Aesthetic Acupuncture, or Aesthetic Kinesiotaping.

How the treatment proceeds

The treatment is performed by individuals with medical or physiotherapeutic education and covers the décolletage, shoulders, neck, face, and head areas, as well as often key body parts. Its scope, duration, and options are discussed with the client individually after assessing the current tissue condition.

Depending on the therapy needs and client’s capabilities, the ERT FAST treatment lasts 45 minutes, FACE LIFT – 60 minutes, ERT – 90 minutes.

A noticeable therapeutic and aesthetic effect can be achieved even after just 1 to 3 treatments. However, we recommend a series of 5 to 10 treatments, with each session spaced 1-2 weeks apart. The number, scope, and frequency of treatments are determined individually.

Supporting Treatments

Vacuum Therapy

A rejuvenating and therapeutic treatment performed with a device operating on the principle of negative pressure. It rebuilds tissue structure, improves circulation, and has a lifting and refreshing effect. The Vacuum treatment lasts 90 minutes and is performed as a standalone treatment for the face, neck, and décolletage area or for individual body areas.
A prerequisite for incorporating Vacuum treatments for the face, neck, and décolletage is the prior completion of 3-5 manual treatments using the FaceLift or ERT method.
However, Vacuum for the body can be performed independently of any therapy in the face, neck, and décolletage area.

Aesthetic
Kinesiotaping

This is a therapy using elastic tapes, aimed at extending the effect of manual treatment. Kinesiotaping can be performed during the 90-minute ERT treatment, upon prior arrangement with the therapist. It does not require an additional fee.

Aesthetic
Acupuncture

This is a reflexology therapy using needles for therapeutic acupuncture and tacks. It normalizes muscle tension, rebuilds circulation, and collagen structures in areas of deficiencies (furrows, wrinkles). It can be performed as a standalone 45-minute treatment or combined with a 90-minute manual ERT treatment as its 30-minute final part.
